Align with Your Inner Compass
When you turn inward, the way forward appears.
The Synopsis
An Overview
Here is a transformative programme designed to strengthen intuitive intelligence in leadership.
And to help amplify the effect, you get to tap into Qi Men Dun Jia (奇門遁甲 - an ancient Chinese metaphysical system). It’s a powerful tool for aligning your energy and intention with the natural flow of time and space.
Intuition as Strategic Asset in Leadership
Intuition is a form of deep intelligence that integrates experience, insight and foresight. Yet in high-stakes environment - whether by nature or by nurture - we tend to ignore and even act against our own inner knowing in favour of data or external pressure.
More often than not, this disconnect can lead to costly decisions – such as financial losses, emotional distress, reputational damage and even physical harm.
Today intuitive leadership is no longer a luxury. It is a necessity for maintaining strategic clarity, personal sovereignty and authentic influence.
For Leaders Ready to Lead with Greater Clarity and Confidence
This programme supports:
Whole-person leadership development. Integrates emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and intuitive decision-making.
Future-ready capabilities. Prepares leaders to remain sovereign and agile in the face of AI, automation, and quantum disruption.
Culture of authenticity and resilience. Encourages leaders to lead from a place of clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.
Scalable learning model. The programme is designed to be time-efficient and scalable across leadership tiers

Working with QiMen Energy Directions
Why Qi Men Dun Jia?
As part of this journey, we’ll be introducing you to a fascinating tool from the Chinese metaphysical tradition, known as Qi Men Dun Jia (奇門遁甲).
It’s like tuning the radio. Once you hit the right frequency, the music comes out loud and clear.
It’s all about aligning yourself with the most supportive energies of the day, using direction as a subtle but powerful influence.
Minimum Effort; Maximum Effect!
Here’s how it works:
We would provide you with Seating Direction - that’s the direction your back should be facing.
So, if your nose is pointing North, your back is to the South. In that case, your reference Seating Direction would be South.
How to Use the Directions?
We recommend using this direction for:
your mindfulness or meditation time
your thinking time - which is more effective & productive
do your work throughout the day - especially you are working on a special project or attending an important meeting
It’s a small shift, but it can have a surprisingly big impact on clarity, focus and flow.
Personalised QiMen Directions
As part of the full experience, your journey begins with a personal consultation with one of our Facilitators. During this session, we’ll work with you to: (i) identify your key QiMen directions, based on your birth chart and (ii) set a clear intention - or even a goal - for your journey.
This isn’t just about direction. It’s about alignment. Together, we’ll map out the areas of your life that matter most right now and explore what you would genuinely like to shift or achieve.
You’ll also receive tailored guidance on how to use your personal QiMen directions alongside this programme - Align with Your Inner Compass - so you get the most value out of your investment.
Once you’ve got this personalised insight, the choice is yours. You’ll have the sovereignty and autonomy to decide how and when to use it.
We do recommend letting your intuition lead the way. Easier said than done, we know! But that’s part of the journey - learning to trust the process and more importantly, to trust yourself.
Here’s an insider tip: seasoned practitioners use this ancient art not just for insight, but also for sharp strategic execution. After all, it’s been a cornerstone of the Art of War for centuries. More than mystique - it’s a proper power move.
